Members previous personnal workspaces prevent user creation

The problem is that when a user is deleted his/her personal workspace is not, and when one tries to create a new user with the same ID, the user creation fails with the following error message is: 

same identifier already exists

The solution was to provide the option of removing or archiving the personal workspace of a member one wants to delete.
