Containers should be responsible for RSS/ATOM exports

Description

Currently, the responsability of RSS/ATOM export rests on .cps_portlets, for instance:

http://www.cps-project.org/.cps_portlets/portlet_foldercontents?export=rss_2_0&path=sections/news

this should be:

http://www.cps-project.org/sections/news/exportSomething?parameters..

beacause that way, if one object moves, the rss/atom method will be moved by standard redirect rules. Another advantage is that containers can now customise themselves their feeds.
