CPS encourages exporting data via RSS, ATOM, but URLs used as a reference are not necessarily reliable, if the user renames a folder the feeds will be broken.
they ought to look like:
/cps/feeds/feed10.rss
instead of
/cps/sections/folder/exportRSS?id=xywz123
more generally there should be a reliable way to refer to resources (using permalinks, or document ids, unique identifiers, ..) that can be used when sending links through email, or when exporting feeds ...
basically making a separation of concerns between managing data and leveraging data
