Default RSS link in HTML headers

Description

There should be an RSS/ATOM link or icon everywhere where it's pertinent, including on the home page, and also in the headers ("<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="xxx" href="xxx">") so that it can be recognized by recent browser.

RSS/ATOM syndication is getting more and more popular. It's important that we support it to the fullest.
