Build the Front Page for new Default Theme

Would be nice to set the "Front" page in new Default Theme instead of old index_html. It includes :

* Remove the "Join" link in Start CPS Portlet if Join is not activated.

* Make "Contact" work in Start CPS Portlet.

* Pictures has been forgotten, they were in /portal_skins/custom/ on gironde.nuxeo.com:2208. Please add them to trunk in order to make them appear on Front Page.

* Make all portlets on Front Page translatable.

* In Navigation tabs portlet, "Publication Spaces" should be selected when on index.
