Hi,

I installed a new instance of Plone 2.1.2 and LinguaPlone? 0.9.0, and I can access at all the content.

Before the installation of CPSSkins 2.8.0, "/portal_languages/prefs_languages", "/prefs_users_overview", "/personalize_form" displayed a blank page in the main content. And the portal-siteactions at the top of page (which contains the link "/sitemap", "/accessibility-info", "/contact-info" and "/plone_control_panel") disappeared.
