select all for many attendees

Description

When wanting to make all (or 99% of the) members attendees of a calendar (or an event), I have to check one by one the checkbox button. It would be easier to have a "select all" option then I would just deselect after that.

In order to learn CPS, you can just tell me some tips to find the file to edit to do so... I will (try to) do it myself then...

A list of attendee search results exists in two files, meetinghelper.pt and attendees.pt. I guess a javascript button to select and deselect all could be inserted there.
